Le projet Erasmus+ “Les seniors pour l’économie circulaire” (SEN4CE) a débuté après une réunion de lancement réussie à Graz, en Autriche, en septembre 2022.
Le but principal et l’objectif global que nous voulons atteindre avec SEN4CE est d’engager et de responsabiliser les seniors pour l’économie circulaire verte, durable et numérique du futur et de les impliquer dans une éducation des adultes et une formation continue de haute qualité. Le principal groupe cible (les seniors de plus de 60 ans) sera directement touché par un programme de formation numérique de haute qualité sur l’économie circulaire, qui peut être directement partagé et utilisé par les prestataires de formation pour adultes et d’apprentissage tout au long de la vie.
En plus d’un tout nouveau site web, beaucoup de choses se passent concernant le développement de notre programme de formation numérique, et à travers cette lettre d’information, nous voulons vous tenir au courant, ainsi que vous fournir des informations intéressantes sur l’économie circulaire et les services numériques.
Pour promouvoir notre mission et notre vision, notre travail contribuera aux objectifs suivants pour SEN4CE:
- Donner aux seniors les moyens de participer activement aux discussions, programmes et initiatives sur la durabilité et l’économie circulaire.
- Favoriser l’apprentissage tout au long de la vie avec des supports de formation numériques sur mesure pour les seniors sur l’économie circulaire et les outils numériques.
- Favoriser le transfert de connaissances intergénérationnel et le développement de réseaux intersectoriels (éducation des adultes/soins et retraite).
- Obtenir un impact international important, en s’adressant au groupe cible par le biais d’un large éventail de relais et de canaux.
A propos de SEN4CE:
SEN4CE s’adressera aux seniors (60+) avec un programme de formation numérique pour favoriser l’apprentissage tout au long de la vie (thèmes centraux : économie circulaire et outils numériques) qui leur permet de s’engager activement dans la » transition verte » et de se connecter avec la jeune génération, pour qui la durabilité et l’économie circulaire sont vitales (au sens propre du terme). Le projet s’adresse également aux personnes travaillant avec des personnes âgées dans des contextes de retraite et de soins, avec une combinaison économie circulaire – formation des formateurs (formation numérique).
Cet objectif sera réalisé en mettant en œuvre cinq étapes :
L’économie circulaire pour les seniors et l’apprentissage tout au long de la vie: Un programme de cours (y compris le contenu d’apprentissage) sur l’économie circulaire pour les seniors sera développé. Le programme sera créé pour deux niveaux de compétence différents ( basique et avancé) pour assurer la compatibilité avec les divers besoins d’apprentissage des seniors de plus de 60 ans.
L’économie circulaire pour le secteur des soins et de la retraite: Un programme de cours et un contenu d’apprentissage pour l’économie circulaire dans le secteur des soins et de la retraite seront développés. Cela comprendra un programme de formation des formateurs pour que le personnel utilise le matériel de formation SEN4CE précédemment développé avec leurs clients.
Les outils numériques d’économie circulaire pour les personnes âgées: L’économie circulaire va de pair avec les outils numériques. Ce résultat sera axé sur les applications numériques pour l’économie circulaire, permettant aux seniors d’améliorer leurs compétences en matière d’outils numériques.
Le matériel d’apprentissage numérique: Matériel d’apprentissage numérique : Des matériaux de formation numériques seront développés, sur la base des concepts et des programmes d’études qui ont été développés auparavant. Nous utiliserons le logiciel Articulate pour créer des formations en ligne non linéaires, basées sur des scénarios et des jeux. Par les choix de l’apprenant, une histoire différente se déroulera en tenant compte des besoins du groupe cible (les personnes âgées) et en respectant les normes les plus élevées en matière d’accessibilité. La formation numérique sera basée sur une méthodologie d’apprentissage mixte, incluant une partie de formation du formateur.
L’environnement numérique SEN4CE : L’environnement numérique SEN4CE sera le principal outil de partage et de promotion des cours de formation numériques. Le design et l’identité visuelle doivent respecter les besoins du groupe cible des seniors en garantissant un accès facile. L’objectif est de créer la plus grande compatibilité possible avec les plateformes existantes.
Tous les résultats de SEN4CE seront disponibles en anglais, français, allemand, espagnol et portugais.
La première réunion transnationale du projet a eu lieu les 6 et 7 septembre 2022 à Graz. Le premier jour, nous avons commencé par discuter des questions de gestion de projet, jeté un coup d’œil à notre merveilleux nouveau site Web et discuté du contenu général des cinq modules. Le soir, une activité sociale (visite guidée et dîner) a eu lieu dans le centre ville de Graz. Le lendemain, nous avons passé la journée à discuter du concept exact du résultat 1. Au final, un résultat satisfaisant a été obtenu, sur lequel nous continuerons à travailler dans les semaines à venir.
